Our client in Southampton is seeking an
experienced Sous Chef to take charge of a busy and vibrant kitchen on a temporary basis. In this role, you will be responsible for running the kitchen operation, managing breakfast and lunch service, and leading a team of two Kitchen Assistants. While the Chef Manager may provide support from time to time, this role requires someone confident in independently overseeing kitchen operations.
